Introduction

Always wanted to be able to play familiar tunes and your favourite songs on the piano? Here’s your chance at Bloom School of Music and Arts! Designed for music lover of all ages, this course offers an in-depth insight to piano playing and music for everyone, including those with little to no experience or needs revision of the fundamentals. At Bloom, we also place emphasis on the awareness in music from a variety of cultures and historical periods; thus, our students here are also exposed to different types of musical elements (rhythm, melody, form, harmony, expressive elements, and style).

Course Description

This course aims to develops the skills necessary for playing piano works; including reading music notation, finding the correct notes on the piano to start, as well as different musical elements. Our piano course is broken up into 3 main stages – Beginner, Intermediate and Advance.

Our school is also an appointed ABRSM Public Practical Examination Centre. Students from our school will go through the ABRSM syllabus from grade 1 – 8. Besides exams, there will also be performance opportunities every year!
